These Terms of Use govern your use of hypelinedigital.com (the "Site"), operated by Hypeline, LLC, doing business as Hypeline Digital and a Dignetix company ("Hypeline Digital," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to get around its security or rate limits.
• Use automated tools to send large numbers of requests to the Site or the free presence snapshot.
• Submit information that is false, that you do not have the right to share, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Copy, scrape or republish the Site's content except as allowed by these Terms.

2. The free presence snapshot

The free presence snapshot is an instant automated check. It is provided for general information only and is not professional advice. It does not include a competitor benchmark, a ranked fix plan or a debrief call; those are part of the paid Presence Audit.

Automated checks can be incomplete or wrong, and results can change as websites, listings and search tools change. Some results may be labelled SAMPLE, meaning they illustrate what the snapshot covers and are not results for your website. Please do not make business decisions based on the snapshot alone.

3. Our services

Descriptions of our services on the Site are for information only and are not an offer. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages from the Site for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Dignetix is a registered trademark.

5. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE FREE PRESENCE SNAPSHOT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SNAPSHOT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE FREE PRESENCE SNAPSHOT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. 10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
